Our gourmet honey flavors are born from a blend of family tradition and innovative spirit. Our Hot Honey was inspired by a love for spicy foods, perfected after many trials. The rich Chocolate Honey was created to offer a natural alternative to high-fructose corn syrup. For those who enjoy honey on the go, our Spun Honey provides a convenient, butter-like consistency. And the classic combination of Cinnamon and Honey, our very first flavor, evolved naturally from cinnamon sticks infusing our pure honey.

I particularly enjoy crafting taper candles; they offer a remarkably long, clean burn without the black soot found in commercial candles.
